Another term for high blood pressure is hypertension. It can be diagnosed if an individual’s blood pressure is more than 140 over 90 for a number of days. Though at first the only sign of a problem can be the actual test, if not controlled then cardio-vascular disease can arise.

If you have low blood pressure or Hypertension then you should not be duly concerned. Unless it stays abnormally low for a constant time then it can simply mean you are in good health. Most doctors would say under 90 over 65 is low blood pressure.
