High Blood Pressure Tips

I’ve heard of it but haven’t tried it because…well, it’s gross. There is nothing you can do to beet juice to make it taste good. And will turn your juicer and cups purple. And you’ll have to juice it yourself every day, which can be pretty time-consuming when you count the time to clean the juicer afterwards. I’m hoping they’ll start making beetroot supplements that can do the same thing, because I don’t think I’d be able to stomach the stuff. If we could fix the taste problem (it would take a vat of fruit juice to cover that up) I’d probably jump on the bandwagon.

In the meantime I manage mine with Flaxseed Oil. Works pretty well.
